IRCTC ' scam' case: Delhi HC asks CBI to reply to Lalu' s plea against charge framing order
The Delhi High Court has sought a response from the CBI regarding RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav's plea challenging charges framed against him in the IRCTC scam case. While refusing to stay the trial at this stage, the court issued a notice to the CBI and scheduled further hearings for January 14.
