India's Industrial Production growth at 4.0 per cent in August

India's industrial production growth accelerated to 4 per cent in August from 3.5 per cent in July, NSO data revealed. This surge was primarily driven by the mining sector's 6.0 per cent output growth in August 2025. Manufacturing production also rose by 3.8 per cent, with power increasing 4.1 per cent in August 2025.
