India's GST collections rise 7.5% y-o-y to Rs 1.96 lakh crore in July
India's GST collection reached Rs 1.96 lakh crore in July, a 7.5% increase year-over-year, according to government data released on Friday. This follows a collection of Rs 1.85 lakh crore in June. In April 2025, GST collections hit a record high of Rs 2.37 lakh crore, marking a 12.6% surge.
