Indian railways to operate 6,556 special trains for Durga Puja, Diwali, and Chhath Puja

India's Railways will run 6,556 special trains from October 1 to November 30 to meet the travel demand during festive times including Durga Puja, Diwali, and Chhath Puja. Additionally, 12,500 extra coaches will be added for Diwali and Chhath Puja. Central Railways has announced 278 special trains to ensure comfortable and accessible travel for passengers.
