Indian Hotels, known for Taj Hotels, ranks as India’s third most valuable real estate co with value at Rs 1.1 lakh cr: Hurun

Indian Hotels Company, under Puneet Chhatwal's leadership, has ascended to become the third most valuable real estate company in India, according to the 2025 GROHE-HURUN India Real Estate 150 List. The company experienced a significant 36.8% rise in valuation, reaching INR 1,08,300 Cr. This growth is attributed to IHCL's expanding hotel portfolio, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
