The Indian Army organized a Graziers Mela in the border village of Nelya, Arunachal Pradesh, to celebrate and support the traditional practice of cattle grazing. The event featured cultural performances, a free medical camp, and the distribution of essential supplies to aid the local graziers who journey across international borders in search of pastures.
