'India would have offered more money than IMF if...': Rajnath Singh takes a dig at Pakistan

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh stated that India would have provided greater financial aid to Pakistan if relations were positive. Speaking in Kashmir, he highlighted India's development efforts in J&K and criticized Pakistan for misusing international aid. Singh warned of strong retaliation against any terror attacks from Pakistan.
