India reiterates opposition to China's Belt and Road Initiative at SCO conclave

India has declined to support China's 'One Belt One Road' initiative at the SCO meeting, remaining the sole country in the organization to do so. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar highlighted debt concerns related to the project. Other SCO member states, including Russia and Iran, reaffirmed their support for the initiative.
