India conducts successful flight trial of long-range hypersonic missile

India successfully test-fired a long-range hypersonic missile from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Island, achieving a significant milestone in advanced military technology. The missile, capable of carrying various payloads over 1500km, was developed by DRDO in collaboration with industry partners. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh lauded the achievement, placing India among an elite group of nations possessing such capabilities.
