India and New Zealand ink defence pact

India and New Zealand have signed a significant agreement to institutionalize their defense and security relations. Prime Minister Narendra Modi underscored cooperation against terrorism and addressed concerns about anti-India activities in New Zealand. They also plan to commence negotiations for a mutually beneficial free trade pact.
