L&T and Navantia showcased their Air Independent Propulsion (AIP) system for India's ₹70,000 crore submarine project. This third-generation AIP tech, already used by the Spanish Navy, allows submarines to stay submerged for over three weeks. They compete with MDL and ThyssenKrupp.
