IL&FS gets more time to wrap up 58 companies' resolution process

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal gave Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services more time to resolve issues with 58 entities. The tribunal extended the deadline to March 31, 2025. IL&FS had said that the resolution process was in an advanced stage. The tribunal had earlier granted IL&FS immunity from legal proceedings. This immunity was challenged in court.
