ICC, BCCI, CA, ECB explore possibility of two-tier Test system
The ICC, along with cricket boards of India, Australia, and England, is considering a two-tier Test system to increase series between top teams. This system could start after the end of the current Future Tours Program in 2027. Past efforts to implement this were opposed, but support is growing now.
