Hyderabad police have implemented measures for a safe Holi celebration on March 14, including a ban on throwing colors and reckless vehicle movement from 6 am to 6 am the next day. Liquor outlets will be closed from 6 am to 6 pm on Holi, with exceptions for star hotels and registered clubs from 4 pm onwards.
