Hindustan Unilever will acquire full ownership of OZiva for Rs 824 crore while exiting Wellbeing Nutrition by selling its 19.8% stake in Nutritionalab to USV for Rs 307 crore, sharpening its focus on the fast-growing health and wellbeing segment.
