HSBC, AZB advise Wendt India exit
Wendt GmbH, the German co-promoter and a subsidiary of the Carl Zeiss Group, has completely exited Wendt (India) by selling its entire 37.5% stake through an Offer for Sale (OFS) worth Rs 606 crore.
