Canada, Mexico and China are the top three trading partners for Minnesota. After a one month delay, President Donald Trump's plan to put 25% tariffs on most goods from Mexico and Canada, with 10% on Canadian oil and energy, will go into Tuesday. The tariffs on China are scheduled to increase as well.
