'How did Beijing tackle air pollution?': China offers lessons to India as Delhi chokes, offers AQI guide to improve air quality

As Delhi's air remains hazardous, Chinese Embassy has offered a tutorial to India on how to tackle air pollution. Beijing, once famous for being the “smog capital of the world,” has witnessed a structural transition, which led to an improvement in the air quality over the past decade. From industrial re-structuring to relocating heavy industries, Beijing took a number of measures which offer valuable lessons to India to tackle the air pollution.
