Honda recalls 239,000 vehicles in Canada over defective part in steering system

Around 239,000 vehicles have been recalled over concerns that a defective part in the steering system could result in a crash, Honda Canada announced Wednesday. The voluntary recall affects 2022-2025 Acura and Honda vehicles. A recall has also been announced in the U.S. for the same issue, with around 1.7 million vehicles affected. The issue stems from "an improperly produced steering gearbox worm wheel," the advisory states, which is an important gear in the steering system. The defective part
