Home collapses into ocean as powerful bomb cyclone hits
Hurricane-force wind gusts from a bomb cyclone collapsed several homes on North Carolina’s Outer Banks into the Atlantic Ocean on Sunday. At least 27 unoccupied homes have collapsed into the ocean on Hatteras Island since 2020.
