Health, life insurance premiums need a tax cut? GoM to meet on October 19
A ministerial panel will meet on October 19 to discuss reducing GST on health and life insurance premiums, currently at 18 per cent. The 13-member group, led by Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, will submit its report by October-end. A final decision is expected in November.
