HC rejects BCCI’s plea, orders Rs 538 crore payment to Kochi Tuskers Kerala

The Delhi High Court has dismissed BCCI's plea. The court directed the cricket board to pay Rs 538 crore to Kochi Tuskers Kerala. This is regarding the IPL contract termination. The court upheld the 2021 arbitration ruling. It stated that BCCI's objections lacked merit. Kochi Tuskers welcomed the judgment. The dispute dates back to 2011.
