HC dismisses plea to restrain CBI from filing charge sheet in coaching centre deaths case
The Delhi High Court dismissed a plea to restrain the CBI from filing a charge sheet in the drowning case of three civil services aspirants. The court stated it has no jurisdiction to direct or stay the filing of the charge sheet. The matter is set for further hearing on November 27.
