Haryana elections: 225 paramilitary companies, 60,000 security personnel deployed to tighten security

Security measures in Haryana have been increased ahead of the assembly election on October 5. 225 paramilitary companies and 60,000 security personnel, including 11,000 Special Police Officers, have been deployed. High-value recoveries, including cash and liquor, have been made. Webcasting will monitor polling stations. Electronic Voting Machines will be securely stored and transported with GPS tracking.
