Gyanesh Kumar assumes charge as CEC; Vivek Joshi as EC

Gyanesh Kumar has become the 26th Chief Election Commissioner, succeeding Rajiv Kumar. Vivek Joshi took charge as an Election Commissioner. After assuming office, Kumar emphasized the importance of voting for nation building, encouraging citizens aged 18 and above to participate in the electoral process. The Election Commission remains committed to supporting voters.
