Govt disburses Rs 1,596 cr in six PLI schemes during April-September quarter of FY25

The government has disbursed Rs 1,596 crore under the PLI schemes for six sectors, including electronics and pharma, in the first half of the fiscal year. The schemes aim to boost investments and enhance global competitiveness. A total of Rs 9,721 crore has been disbursed till 2023-24, resulting in significant investments, production, employment, and exports.
