Godrej Properties shares in focus after Rs 1,000 crore sales in newly launched project

Godrej Properties (GPL) shares will be in focus as the company achieved sales of Rs 1,000 crore from its Pune project, Godrej Evergreen Square. The project saw the sale of over 1,398 homes, covering 1.23 million square feet. With a development potential of 2.41 million square feet, the project has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 2,045 crore.
