From public transport restrictions to online classes: What changes will Delhi see on Friday as GRAP 3 takes effect?
Due to severe air pollution in Delhi and the NCR, Stage 3 of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) is being implemented. Starting November 15th, strict restrictions will be placed on construction, demolition, and vehicle emissions to combat the hazardous air quality.
