Foreign-returned scientist suffering from kidney failure killed over parking dispute in Mohali, neighbour arrested

A 39-year-old scientist at IISER, Abhishek Swarnkar, died after an assault by his neighbour Monty during a parking dispute in Mohali. The altercation was captured on CCTV, and Swarnkar, who had a recent kidney transplant, was rushed to the hospital where he was declared dead on arrival. Police are investigating the incident.
