Forced to make emergency landing, CEC spends night at far-flung Uttarakhand village

Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar encountered bad weather during a helicopter journey and made an emergency landing in Ralam village, spending the night in sub-zero temperatures with his team. The helicopter continued to Munsyari the next morning. Kumar was on a mission to review the remote polling stations and the challenges they endure.
