A flash flood, caused by a cloudburst in Rishi Dogri Valley, struck a road construction site in Kinnaur, injuring one and stranding several. The Indian Army responded swiftly, utilizing Logistics Drone High Altitude system to deliver essential supplies like food and coconut water. Personnel guided civilians to safety, and the injured person was evacuated to Reckong Peo hospital.
