Finance Commission grants released for rural local bodies in Haryana, Tripura, Mizoram

The Indian government has begun disbursing the first installment of 15th Finance Commission grants for 2024-25 to rural local bodies. Tripura and Haryana received their first installments, while Mizoram received its second. The grants, totaling hundreds of crores, will fund essential services and local development projects.
