FIIs doubled their stake in 6 stocks; 3 surge over 15% just 2 months

Retail investors often track the moves of large institutional players—especially Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs), who typically invest based on deep research and long-term conviction. December 2025 shareholding data shows FIIs increased their stakes in nearly 320 stocks with a market capitalisation above ₹3,000 crore versus the September quarter.A closer look reveals a striking trend: in 14 of these companies, FII holdings jumped more than 50% during the quarter, signalling a highly aggressive stance. Even more notably, FIIs more than doubled their stakes in six of them.Yet, performance hasn’t been uniform.
