Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) remained active in Indian equity markets during the March 2025 quarter, although overall participation saw a marginal decline. According to Kotak Institutional Equities, FPIs sold approximately US$15 billion worth of equities in the secondary market during the quarter, largely exiting positions across sectors except telecommunication services.
