FedEx parcel scam robs top executive of Rs 51 lakh via 10-hour 'digital arrest'

A high-ranking executive in Bengaluru fell victim to a 10-hour 'digital arrest' scam, losing Rs 51 lakh. Scammers posing as officials from FedEx, Mumbai police, and the Reserve Bank of India convinced her that her Aadhaar details were used for illegal activities. She was coerced into transferring funds under the guise of an investigation.
