FCRA licence of International Cooperative Alliance cancelled

The Union Home Ministry has revoked the FCRA (Foreign Contribution Registration Act) license of the International Cooperatives Alliance (ICA) for alleged rule violations. Established in 1895, the ICA represents cooperatives globally and has over 1 billion members. Despite inquiries, the ICA's New Delhi chapter has not responded.
