Family of Minnesota student awarded $6.4 million in legal malpractice suit
University of Minnesota freshman Jake Anderson was found frozen and still alive in 2013 but first responders failed to provide adequate aid for severe hypothermia. The lawyer his family hired to sue those first responders then failed in his duties.
