Ex-Jharkhand CM Madhu Koda's coal scam case hearing rescheduled for Friday

The Supreme Court will review Madhu Koda's plea to stay his coal scam conviction, enabling him to contest Jharkhand's upcoming Assembly polls. Earlier, the Delhi High Court rejected his request. Koda and others were convicted in December 2017 for corrupt practices and criminal conspiracy in coal block allocation, disqualifying him from elections.
