EU tariff hike will hurt toy stores

Minnesota toy stores were seeing a resurgence of sales this year, with older teens and adults boosting traffic by embracing stuffed animals and craft kits. But higher tariffs on goods from China, where most toys are made, have had an effect. And with European Union tariffs going up Friday, Minnesota toy stores are worried about keeping sales momentum going.
