EU says Ukraine will spend most of €90 billion loan on military needs
EU Commission head Ursula von der Leyen said that two-thirds of the €90 billion EU loan to Ukraine will be spent on EU-made weapons, and that Kyiv would only need to reimburse it once Moscow pays war reparations.
