EU court upholds legal service ban to Russian entities, individuals

The General Court of the European Union has maintained a ban on offering legal advice to Russian entities and individuals. This measure, introduced in 2022, is part of the EU's sanctions against Russia for its invasion of Ukraine. The court specified that the prohibition does not apply to legal advice connected with judicial proceedings or to natural persons.
