Eternal share price: As per the term sheet, a bulk deal involving around 188.4 million shares — 1.9% of Eternals total shareholding — will take place on both NSE and BSE. The floor price is set at Rs 285 per share, reflecting a 4.63% discount to its August 6 NSE closing price of Rs 298.85.
