End of federal excise tax on gas Monday may not show up at the pumps, experts say
The tax break, set to begin Monday and last until Sept. 7, is expected to shave 10 cents a litre off the price of gas. But the U.S.-Israeli war with Iran could boost pump prices by more than the intended savings, experts say.
