Empowering women in workforce is critical focus area: Mansukh Mandaviya

Speaking at the first-ever regional dialogue under ILOs Global Coalition for Social Justice, hosted by India in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the Employers Federation of India (EFI) and the Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on Monday, labour and employment minister Mansukh Mandaviya said the government wants to explore policies to create fair and supportive workplaces, address pay gaps, and enhance leadership representation for women.
