Embassy Office Parks REIT has raised ₹1,550 crore through NCDs and term loans to refinance debt, aiming to save 113 basis points in annual interest. The ₹750 crore NCDs were issued at a 6.97% coupon and rated AAA/Stable by CRISIL.
