Eight killed in western Pakistan suicide bombing: Police

A suicide bomber on a motorbike rickshaw attacked a checkpoint in western Pakistan, killing eight people and injuring five. The attack near Mir Ali in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province resulted in the deaths of four police officers, two paramilitary members, and two civilians. Three of the injured are in critical condition.
