Egypt positions itself as India’s commercial gateway to Africa-Southern Europe-Arab world

Senior Egyptian official Yahya Elwathik Bellah met with Indian company executives in New Delhi to attract investments to Egypt. Discussions included a $60 million carbon black plant, a textile project by Welspun, and a green ammonia production project. Talks also explored establishing a direct flight route between Cairo and New Delhi.
