Ecolab sees gold in surge of new AI data centers

The St. Paul-based company has reorganized its business units to capitalize on the massive growth of AI and data centers. It also has poured more money into research of cooling technologies, trying to improve sustainability in running them. CEO Christophe Beck estimates by 2030 they will be using as much water as the U.S. population drinks.
