ECI directs officials to speed up SIR hearings in West Bengal

The Election Commission of India has directed that all hearings and document uploads must be completed within the next seven days. This follows a ten-day window given by the Supreme Court for document submission. Pending notices are to be generated by Saturday 5 PM. Proof of service for outstanding notices must be uploaded by BLOs by February 1.
