Durham’s deputy police chief admits to speeding
Dep. Chief Chris Kirkpatrick, who was docked 94 hours of pay, said he was accepting responsibility for operating his police-issued vehicle “in a manner that would undermine public trust in policing.” The public admission comes one day after the Star reported the allegations.
